Need assistance with D2L? The D2L Support Team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with the exception of University observed holidays. There are several ways you can contact the D2L Support Team.


Submit a D2L Problem Report

If you have questions about or problems with D2L, you can fill out and submit our Problem Report form.

Please Note: All problem reports and email messages reach us in the same manner. If you have already submitted a problem report, you do not need to also send us an email. Likewise, if you have already sent us an email, you do not need to submit a problem report. Generally, we are able to respond to problem reports and email within one business day, though our response time may be longer during peak times of the semester.

Attend a D2L Open Lab Session or schedule an appointment

Instructors or TAs that would like one-on-one assistance can attend an Open Lab Session (no appointment required) or schedule an appointment with a member of the D2L Support Team.

Please Note: D2L Support Team resources are limited. If no one is available to answer your call, please leave us a message. Be sure to include your contact information, the course you are working in, and a brief description of the problem you are having. We make every effort to return messages within one business day, though our response time may be longer during peak times of the semester.


Contact the 24/7 IT Support Center

Students, if you need technical assistance with your internet browser, media player, or computer in general, you can contact the 24/7 IT Support Center on campus. They offer free assistance to U of A students 24 hours a day, with the exception of University observed holidays.

They are located in the Martin Luther King, Jr. Building, 1322 E. 1st Street. Right on the corner of Mountain Ave. and 1st Street. Use your CatCard for building admittance between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
