Publishing Quiz Scores

Before participants can view their quiz scores or any Submission View you may have set for a particular quiz, the quiz scores MUST be published.

Tip: When creating a quiz, or any time before participants are able to start the quiz, you can set quiz scores to automatically publish upon quiz attempt submission. This is done by checking the box under Automatic Grade on the Assessment tab of the quiz. For more information about doing this, you can visit our Assessment Tab help page.

To publish quiz scores:

1. Click the down arrow to the right of the quiz for which you would like to publish scores and select Grade.




2. On the right side of the screen, at the top of the list of participants, click the blue Select as graded icon, located just to the right of the word Published. This should check all the boxes in the Published column.

3. Click the Save button to save your changes.

4. Depending on your display settings, you may need to repeat Steps 2-3 for every page of participants you have listed.

Tip: Use the per page drop down menu to select the highest number of participants possible to reduce the number of pages of participants you have.
