1. Request: New D2L Course Sites for UA Courses
Request a course site for an upcoming term using Course Site Request (CSR) tool.
Every course needs a new course site for correct student enrollment. Content from prior courses can be copied into new course sites.
Note: In order to request a course site you must be listed as the primary instructor in UAccess for the course. Typically the reason courses are not available in the course site request tool when an instructor tries to request a site is because the instructor is not listed as the primary instructor for the course in UAccess. If your course is not available to request, please contact your department to verify that you are listed as the primary instructor in UAccess.
- Log into http://csr.d2l.arizona.edu using your netID.
- Click on Request new D2l course sites for your UA courses.
- Select the correct Term from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the number of course sites you wish to request.
- Click the Continue button.
-
Left click and hold on the white handle to the left of the course title, then drag the course over the desired drag and drop field at the right. You can also drag individual sections by clicking and holding on the blue handle to the left of a section name.
- Click the Continue button.
- The next screen is a confirmation screen. If you don't wish to copy a course from a previous semester, click the Build button. If you would like to copy a course from a previous semester follow the optional instructions below.
Note: You can still use the Import/Export/Copy components within your new course site to copy content from a previous course. This feature has been added for convenience, but does not replace any course copying functionality from within a D2L course site.
