Switch setting so ungraded items are dropped from final calculated grade (cumulative grade).

By dropping ungraded items, grades will reflect student performance based only on completed assignments. This may also be referred to as a running grade, ongoing grade, or current grade.

Note: If you have different sections of students in your course (for example, undergraduates and graduates), you can use this setting to automatically drop all items that they do not need to complete, instead of manually exempting students from grade items.
