Technical Support for Instructors
We can provide the following support for instructors using clickers at UA.
- We will provide an overview and introduction to the technology and software and how it is commonly used across campus.
- We will provide support (phone, email, in-person) and troubleshooting of any issues that arise regarding use of clickers in your course(s).
- We can be available in person for first few uses in class to ensure you have a positive experience and that all runs smoothly.
- We can provide information on best use practices and how clickers can be used with various learning theories to help enhance learning outcomes and promote engagement, retention, and motivation.
