Email and we can work with you on options.

How long will my cloud recordings stay in the cloud?

The limit for the lifespan of a Zoom recording stored in the cloud will likely be 6 months and then it will be deleted. In the near future there will be an integration with Panopto where you can set your recordings to go straight into a specific Panopto folder. Until that integration is in place if you need them longer than 6 months we recommend downloading your cloud recordings to your computer and then uploading them manually into Panopto.
