  • an activity (quizzes, discussions, submission folders etc.)

When to contact the 24/7 Help Desk

If you are having trouble:

  • logging into D2L or other UA systems
  • with your computer (ie. audio, microphone, opening downloads from D2L)
  • with browsers (Safari, Chrome etc.)

When to contact the D2L Support Team

If you:

  • receive an error message while working within D2L
  • have trouble submitting a quiz, discussion, assignment or other activity that is not restricted
  • have general questions about how to navigate D2L
  • need guidance using a D2L tool or function
